（中央社記者姜遠珍首爾4日專電）震撼南韓的總統閨蜜干政風暴當事人崔順實昨晚被逮捕。首爾中央地方法院認為她的犯罪事實明確，逮捕理由和必要性充分，因此簽發檢方特別調查本部提請的逮捕令。

南韓聯合新聞通訊社報導，檢方2日以涉嫌濫用職權妨害行使權利（共犯）、詐騙未遂等理由向法院申請逮捕崔順實的逮捕令狀，於昨晚10時57分正式逮捕崔順實。

崔順實被指挪用Mir財團和K體育財團資金、審閱包含外交安全機密的政府文件、以不正當手段安排她女兒鄭某進入梨花女大等，但因時間倉促，檢方為了確保能夠逮捕崔順實，先以涉嫌濫用職權、詐騙未遂等理由提請逮捕。

據報導，檢方認為，崔順實雖不是可適用「濫用職權罪」的公務員，但與總管經濟政策的青瓦台前首席秘書安鐘範共謀，向企業施壓，為自己的事業牟利。法院因此接受了檢方的意見。

今後，檢方將在最長20天的時間裡對崔順實的各種疑點展開進一步調查，主要包括崔順實挪用財團資金、審閱政府文件干預國政、逼迫若干大企業集資、三星和馬術協會向其女鄭某提供特別優惠、鄭某以不正當手段入學等。

報導稱，對於總統朴槿惠是否直接向安鐘範等公職人員下達指示為崔順實的事業項目提供幫助，以及是否向崔順實發送政府文件等疑點，檢方將在研究後、就是否對此展開調查做出決定。1051104
